Arik has worked for HP since 2004 as part of the new Israel ink Plant certification team, building their processes, hiring employees, and managing the production ramp-up. Arik served as a project manager responsible for the implementation of a new Indigo press manufacturing technology. He has worked for HP WWTS (worldwide technical support) in the training center where he was responsible for certifications of WW Field Service Engineers, and design and development of new Indigo training courses. Arik relocated to the US in 2015 to work at the Alpharetta training center to support and train field engineers and customers, mainly on series 4 products. He then joined the HP CSM (Customer Success Manager) program serving the Midwest region. Arik has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering.
