Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and personable Delivery Driver to join our Econoprint team in Verona, WI. This role is responsible for the daily delivery of print materials, including boxed orders, signage, and customer proofs to local businesses. The Delivery Driver will interact regularly with customers and work closely with our internal sales and production team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, load, and secure daily delivery items into a company-provided vehicle
  • Deliver print, signage, and proof materials to local customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate as needed with the sales team regarding deliveries and customer needs
  • Handle all materials with care and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
  • Represent Econoprint with kindness, respect, and professionalism when interacting with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Minimum of two years of driving experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably bend, stoop, and climb stairs
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality products
  • Comfortable speaking and reading English for daily work
  • Ability to use navigation software on a personal mobile device or familiarity with the Dane County area

Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours.

Production Manager

Econoprint is seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to lead our production team and oversee daily operations at our Verona facility. This role is responsible for managing print production workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

At Econoprint, every project is a team effort, and this role is no different in being part of and leading the production team. The ideal candidate would thrive in a hands-on fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and bring strong leadership, organization, and technical expertise to the shop floor.

 

What You’ll Do

The Print Production Manager oversees all areas of production, ensuring effective use of resources to deliver high-quality printed materials on time. This role provides hands-on leadership while collaborating closely with supervisors, production staff, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production staff while coordinating daily schedules and to ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee all shop floor production areas, including, Offset Press, Digital Printing, Finishing, Mailing, Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment
  • Manage and refine workflow processes to maximize efficiency and meet production deadlines
  • Maintain quality control standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement workflow and process improvements
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safety protocols are followed
  • Implement and manage workflows to enhance productivity
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages growth and skill development
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and support internal teams as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of comprehensive experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, and commercial bindery/finishing
  • Ability to train, mentor, and manage production teams effectively
  • Proven analytical skills in cost control, budgeting, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 3-4 years of print production management experience preferred
  • BS degree in Business Management or related field preferred

 

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salaried Position: Based on experience and education
  • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday

Looking to earn a little extra spending money?

Econoprint is looking for seasonal help in our finishing department. We have flexible daytime hours M-F. No experience is necessary but you must be quick and accurate. If you like working with your hands in a fast-paced casual production environment, this flexible position may be for you. The position requires long periods of standing, good hand dexterity, and some lifting of boxes.
