Bindery Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic addition to our production team. This person will assist with daily manual and automated production operations mainly in our cutting, finishing, and copy areas. Finding someone who is a good fit for our business is more important than prior experience, but the ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude, is a quick learner, has an eye for detail, and a passion for quality. We are a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail is critical.

This person will be cross trained on several pieces of production equipment with a focus on the cutting of printed pieces.

Full-time days, M-F with flexible hours and occasional weekend work, and a starting pay based on experience.

Physical Requirements

This is a fast-paced production environment where standing and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Inside Sales Account Manager

Econoprint Lake Delton is seeking a highly driven professional communicator who can grow with us and provide our clientele the premier customer service and custom print knowledge their organization deserves. What you’ll achieve: As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for consulting with clients to sell Econoprint’s custom print, signage, and design solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.


Location: Lake Delton, WI

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM



  • Communicating with existing and new customers through outbound calls, emails, and in person meetings.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads in addition to developing and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and proactively identifying opportunities for increasing sales.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and competitor’s offerings.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Acquiring pricing, keying in orders, and verifying product availability.
  • Collaborating daily with colleagues to support the sales, customer service, and production process.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work in multiple departments

Seasonal & On-Call Help

Looking to earn a little extra spending money?

Econoprint is looking for seasonal help in our finishing department. We have flexible daytime hours M-F. No experience is necessary but you must be quick and accurate. If you like working with your hands in a fast-paced casual production environment, this flexible position may be for you. The position requires long periods of standing, good hand dexterity, and some lifting of boxes.
