About the Client

Mile Bluff Medical Center has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Mauston, Wisconsin, since 1893. In 2024, the organization embarked on a transformative journey by repurposing the former Shopko building into the new Gateway Center. This 26,000-square-foot facility now houses vital services, including the Mauston dialysis unit, urgent care clinic, and retail pharmacy, enhancing access to quality healthcare for the community.

“We are so pleased with how the donor recognition pieces turned out—they truly complement the aesthetic of the Gateway Center and bring a thoughtful, meaningful presence to the space.

The Econoprint team has been a fantastic partner from start to finish, working with us to bring our vision to life in a way that truly celebrates the generosity of our community.”

-Katie Nuttall (Director – Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation)

Project Goals:
  • Design and produce a custom series of visually engaging donor recognition plaques honoring community contributions to the new facility.
  • Collaborate closely with the client to align each piece with the organizations mission and the facility’s architectural design.
  • Develop a tiered recognition system using a range of materials—from clean PVC to layered acrylic and contour-cut elements—scaled to reflect donor levels.
